DR. HEIDI EATON began working in the family business in her teens and she still enjoys the process of guiding patients to hear the best they possibly can. Heidi attended University of New Brunswick (BA), Dalhousie University (M.Sc. Aud.), University of Moncton (French Language Training), and she earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry & Audiology (PCO). She is certified in Tinnitus Retraining Therapy and Cerumen Removal. Heidi was the creator of the Tinnitus Support Group of Atlantic Canada (NB Branch, Steering Committee Member to develop competency profiles for the professions of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology in Canada and the 2012 Recipient of NBASLPA Student Supervision Award. Heidi enjoys public speaking and community outreach.

Heidi is a member of NBASLPA, CASLPA, and the American Tinnitus Association. She is a member of the Moncton West and Riverview Rotary Club.





BETTY MARSTERS began working in the Miramichi Office of Argus Hearing Center as Office Manager in September, 2006 after completing a Micro-Computer Business Applications Program at the Academy of Learning. A year later she transferred to our Moncton Office and has been with the company now for four years. She thoroughly enjoys working for the company and will always greet you with a smile and a helping hand. As an Administrator, Betty is good with details and has excellent communication skills with callers, patients and staff.



JAN WALLER joined the family of Argus Hearing Center in September, 2008 as a Hearing Aid Technician. She came to us from England where she worked eight years in the hearing aid industry. Jan is proficient at fitting and servicing hearing aids as well as meeting the varied needs of our clients. Her pleasant personality helps our clients to feel comfortable and at ease. Along with being one of our technicians, Jan is extremely efficient in other facets of our company and she has added much to our family-oriented business.



Chantal Arsenault, M.Cl.Sc.Aud(C), is originally from Memramcook, N.B. She received her Bachelor degree in Science at Mount Allison University in Sackville N.B., and obtained a Master in Clinical Science degree in Audiology at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. She offers bilingual Audiology services. Chantal looks forward to meeting you, and assisting with your hearing needs.



HEATHER LEBLANC became employed at Argus in 2010 with extensive experience in the customer service field.  Heather was the frontline friendly face encountered at the YMCA of Greater Moncton, as the Director of Membership Services, for many years before arriving at Argus Hearing Center.  Everyone who knows Heather is aware she is a People Person.  She will be one of the first people to greet you when you arrive at Argus, with a huge smile that is matched by her big heart.  Helping the patients is her ultimate goal.



Alissa Godin, M.Sc.S, is originally from Neguac, N.B. She received her Bachelor degree in Récréologie at the Université de Moncton in Moncton N.B., and obtained a Master in Health Science degree in Audiology at the University of Ottawa in Ottawa Ontario. She offers bilingual Audiology services. Alissa looks forward to meeting you at our Miramichi, N.B. office and assisting with all of your hearing needs.



Natalie Savoie is originally from Balmoral, New-Brunswick. She received a Master’s degree in audiology at the University of Montreal, in Monteal, Quebec. Natalie has been with the team at Argus Hearing Center since September 2016, and offers bilingual audiology services. She strives to offer a complete and quality evdience based service that is adapted to all clients, and she is ready to accompany you on the road to hearing and optimized communication! Natalie looks forward to meeting you and assisting you with your hearing needs.
